Shipping and Return PoliciesShipping Information:
We ship most items via USPS Priority Mail Service. If you need to rush your delivery, next day, 2nd day and 3 day select service are available. Please call for air shipping charges.

Most items ship within 1-2 business days. Please allow a minimum of 5-7 business days for arrival of in-stock merchandise. If you have not received your order after 7 business days, call us to check the status.
If you live in Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, or other countries please call for shipping availability and pricing.
Special shipping rates may apply on large items shipped by air service. We will attempt to notify you by phone or email if these additional charges apply to your order.
Return Policy:
Returning a Defective Product Under the Manufacturer's Warranty: Product warranties are covered by manufacturers. Please call us at 1-888-515-2515 to discuss the return procedure for your particular item. The item may need to be returned directly to the manufacturer, in which case the manufacturer will assist you with their return procedure and warranty.
Returning a Product Damaged in Shipping: Notify us within 48 hours of receipt of shipment of any damaged or defective merchandise. We can assist you in filing the claim with the shipper who shipped your order. To expedite the process, please keep the item in its original packaging.
Returning a Product for Other Reasons (such as ordered wrong item, didn't like, or no longer need): Please call us prior to returning any item. All returns must have a return authorization number. All returns will incur a 20% restocking fee unless otherwise noted. The product must be in saleable condition, unused, still in its original packaging, and returned within 30 days of receipt. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Interstate Service is not responsible for the loss of or damage to any returned merchandise.
